Planning Committee Meetings – Town and Parish Councils are Consultees to the Local Planning Authority and as such do not make decisions on Planning Applications. Please go to the East Devon District Council ‘Search Page’ to search for a specific Planning Application (Please note that you will need either the Planning Application reference number ie 16/1062/FUL or the address of the proposed development).
At the section where it asks for keyword or application reference enter the details then press Search. Details of this application will then be shown.
You can then click on the tab ‘Documents’ followed by clicking on the box ‘View associated documents’, you can then view all the Planning Application documents relating to this application by clicking any of the blue boxes under the heading Open Document.
