The Land of Canaan park is a big green space with benches, a path along the leat, and a large play area for children. It comprises of a large otter structure allowing inclusive climbing, balancing, and sensory activities. Within the play area surrounding the otter, you can find junior climbers, swings, a wheel-chair accessible roundabout, seesaw, horizontal bars, balancing equipment and a floor-set trampoline. There is also a large multi-goal unit for ball games. The park has a neighbouring EDDC car park with a couple of picnic benches for snack time.
