The County of Devon (temporary restriction) (Winters Lane & Mossop Close, Ottery St Mary) Order 2026 temporary prohibition of through traffic and parking. Notice is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From Monday 19 October 2026 (for a maximum of 18 months), Anticipated finish Friday 20 November 2026;
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed or wait on the sections of Affected Roads:
Roads affected – Winters Lane, Ottery St Mary. There is no alternative route.

Roads affected – Mossop Close, Ottery St Mary.
