We are a friendly, sociable and yet ambitious Hockey Club located close to Exeter, with great facilities. New players, umpires and other volunteers are more than welcome – why not join us?
Whether you are an experienced player looking for competitive hockey or someone seeking more recreational hockey we have a team to suit you. We have four Men’s teams and four Women’s teams in the West Hockey League and we offer opportunities for mixed hockey as well as recreational Rusty Hockey.
We boast a thriving Junior Academy with boys’ and girls’ teams, aged 7-16. We welcome all young players to join us to train and to go on to play competitive hockey. We run Junior Hockey sessions on Sundays. Age groups U8-U12 10:00-11:30; U14-U16 11:30-13:00. Location: Sidmouth Leisure Centre from September until Christmas; Ottery Leisure Centre New Year to end of season in May.
We make good use of the excellent astro-turf pitch and lights at Ottery St Mary Leisure Centre and the excellent facilities at Sidmouth Leisure Centre.
We offer two weeks trial (registration/prebooking is required). Minimum kit requirement: shin pads and a mouthguard, we have sticks that can be borrowed.
