Hosting a Community Event?
Whether you’re organising a football tournament, school activity, village fete or community event, Ottery St Mary Town Council has gazebos and trestle tables available to use to help make your event a success.
What’s available?
- 12 gazebos (approx. 2.4m x 2.4m)
- Adjustable height (up to 2m)
- 12 trestle tables (1800mm x 760mm)
Gazebos and tables are free to use for Community Events in the parish. They are available for hire for Community Events outside of the parish.
Collection & Use
- Items can be collected and returned at your convenience.
- Once your booking is confirmed, you will be provided with an access code for the storage location.
- If items are needed back by a specific time due to another booking, we will let you know in advance.
- Hirers are responsible for ensuring items are used safely and returned in good condition.
Booking & Enquiries
Availability can be limited during busy periods, particularly in the spring and summer months, so early booking is recommended.
