We are pleased to let residents and users of the tennis courts know that improvement works are due to begin on 2 November.
To allow the courts to be resurfaced, they will be closed for approximately two weeks while the work is carried out. This project is being funded through EDDC Section 106 funding for open spaces following community consultation earlier this year.
As the resurfacing process is highly dependent on suitable weather conditions, the timetable may need to be adjusted if conditions are unfavourable. For that reason, we’re unable to confirm an exact reopening date at this stage.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. 🎾
